There Is Nothing Wrong With You
That question can come quietly…
“Is there something wrong with me?”
Maybe after something didn’t work out.
Maybe after being misunderstood.
Maybe after comparing yourself to someone else.
And before you realize it,
you start turning inward—
questioning your worth, your ability, your place.
But that question doesn’t come from truth.
Because God does not create anything by mistake.
You were formed with intention.
Wired with purpose.
Designed exactly as you are meant to be.
That doesn’t mean you don’t grow.
It doesn’t mean you don’t learn.
But growth is not proof that something is wrong with you—
it’s proof that something is developing within you.
There is a difference.
You are not behind.
You are not lacking.
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
And sometimes the process can feel uncomfortable.
It can stretch you.
Challenge you.
Make you question things.
But none of that means something is wrong with you.
It means God is still working in you.
So today, when that thought tries to settle in—
Don’t accept it as truth.
Replace it.
And remind yourself:
“There is nothing wrong with me—I am still being shaped.”
Psalm 139:14 NIV
“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
When do I tend to question myself the most?
Am I confusing growth with something being wrong?
What truth can I hold onto instead?
As you breathe in, whisper: “I am made with purpose.”
As you breathe out, whisper: “I am still becoming.”

Closing Prayer
Lord,
When I begin to question myself, remind me of who I am in You.
Help me to see that I am not broken, but being shaped and developed according to Your purpose.
Give me confidence in how You created me and peace in the process I am in.
