THE COVENANT
Daily Devotionals & Reflections
In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for Me wholeheartedly, you will find Me.”

My God Always Wins
There are moments when circumstances try to convince me that things are slipping out of control.
The problem looks bigger.
The opposition gets louder.
The outcome feels uncertain.
But I have learned something about my God.
He does not lose battles.
Long before I understand what is happening, God has already seen the end of the story. What feels like chaos to me is never chaos to Him. What looks like delay is often Him positioning things in ways I cannot yet see.
Throughout scripture, the same pattern appears again and again: when situations looked impossible, God stepped in.
Walls fell.
Seas parted.
Giants were defeated.
Graves could not hold Him.
Victory is not occasional for God.
Victory is His nature.
So when life feels uncertain, I remind my heart of something simple:
The story is not finished yet.
And the God who is writing it always wins.
Today, instead of focusing on what I see in front of me, I choose to remember who stands above it all.
My God is not worried.
My God is not defeated.
My God is already victorious.
Exodus 15:3 NIV
“The Lord is a warrior; the Lord is his name.”
Where has fear tried to convince you that the outcome is uncertain?
How would your perspective change if you remembered that God already sees the victory?
As you breathe in, whisper: “You are victorious.”
As you breathe out, whisper: “I trust You.”
Reflection
Closing Prayer
Lord,
When circumstances feel uncertain, remind me of who You are.
Strengthen my faith so that I remember Your power, Your authority, and Your victory.
Help me trust that no matter what I face, the story is never beyond Your control.
Amen.
