Our God Is Always On Time
Waiting is rarely easy.
When we are praying for a breakthrough, seeking direction, or trusting God for an answer, it can feel like nothing is happening. We may be tempted to become discouraged or wonder if God has forgotten us.
But God's timing is perfect.
He is never early, never late, and never caught by surprise. While we often focus on the delay, God is focused on the preparation. He sees the entire picture while we see only a small part.
Sometimes God is preparing the blessing.
Sometimes He is preparing the circumstances.
And sometimes He is preparing us.
In the waiting, we have a choice. We can allow anxiety to fill our hearts, or we can fill our hearts with gratitude, trusting that God is working even when we cannot see it.
Thankfulness changes our perspective.
Instead of focusing on what has not happened yet, we begin to recognize God's faithfulness all around us. We remember His past provision, His present care, and His future promises.
As you wait, keep giving thanks.
Keep trusting.
Keep believing.
God is moving pieces into place that you cannot yet see. The answer may not arrive according to your schedule, but it will come according to His perfect timing.
And when it does, you will see that God was working all along.
“I can give thanks while I wait because I trust the God who controls the timing.”

“The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.”

Where have I seen God's perfect timing in my life before?
As you breathe in, whisper: “I trust Your timing.”
As you breathe out, whisper: “Thank You for Your faithfulness.”

Closing Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Thank You that Your timing is always perfect. When waiting becomes difficult, help me to trust that You are working behind the scenes for my good.
Fill my heart with gratitude, even before I see the answer. Help me to rest in Your promises and remain confident that You are moving every piece into place according to Your will.
Teach me to wait with faith, hope, and thanksgiving, knowing that You are always on time.
