Receiving His Blessings
Sometimes the challenge isn’t believing that God can bless you…
It’s actually receiving it.
You may pray for it.
Hope for it.
Even expect it.
But when it comes—
you hesitate.
You question it.
You wonder if you deserve it.
You hold back from fully embracing it.
But God doesn’t bless you based on your perfection.
He blesses you out of His goodness.
His grace.
His love.
His heart toward you.
And when He chooses to pour something into your life—
peace, provision, opportunity, favor—
He’s not asking you to second-guess it.
He’s inviting you to receive it.
Fully.
Openly.
Without guilt.
Because rejecting what God gives
doesn’t make you humble—
It keeps you from walking in what He intended.
So today, if God is placing something in your hands…
Don’t pull back.
Receive it with gratitude.
Walk in it with confidence.
Steward it with humility.
And remind yourself:
“What God gives me, I am allowed to receive.”
Because His blessings are not accidental.
They are intentional.
And they are part of His plan for your life.
Numbers 6:24-25 NIV
“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you.”
Where have I hesitated to receive what God is giving me?
Do I struggle with feeling undeserving of His blessings?
How can I receive what He gives with gratitude today?
As you breathe in, whisper: “I receive.”
As you breathe out, whisper: “With gratitude.”

Closing Prayer
Lord,
Thank You for the blessings You place in my life. Help me not to question or pull back, but to receive them with a grateful and open heart.
Teach me to trust Your goodness and to walk confidently in what You give.
I receive what You have for me today.
Amen.
